As developers, we have created several of our own products that we continuously develop for our clients. We also advise companies on the use of information technology from analysis needs to compliance of processes with goals and the Theory of Constraints (TOC).

We don‘t design a solution from our side alone. We visit you, ask questions and get know your business. At important times, such as launching the live system, we‘re with you personally and stay online as long as we‘re needed.

Over the years, we‘ve developed know-how that works. We release new products often, but the process of implementing them into a company is always the same. When something works well, we don’t change it.

We get more from standard solutions

Before we recommend a system upgrade or a completely new solution, we review the performance of the current system. Often we can find areas to improve.

If we don’t know the solution or the answer, we don‘t say it isn‘t possible, we just ’haven‘t figured it out yet. But you can rely on the fact that we are working hard on it, and we can use our expertise to solve anything.

If there‘s a need to improve or fix something, we don‘t waste time. Our clients know that we communicate quickly and process requests within 24 hours, often sooner.
 

You can talk with our IT geeks

Just being an IT company doesn‘t give us any credit. Clients are often surprised to be able to talk about technical matters with us clearly. Our product managers are also developers, so they understand the issues and how best to help you.
 

Moments we're proud of

1994
We establish our business in the Czech market.
1996
We implement our first CRM solution in Switzerland, called the Sales Support System at the time. Eventually, we deploy this solution to approximately 250 customers.
 
1998
We complete our first professional seminar on CRM, at a time when the concept of CRM was almost unknown.
