The 5th CRM Conference, spring 2003

The specialized CRM conference with the subtitle "The Key Factors of Success in Distribution and Business Company" took place on the 15 April in the state room of the hotel Diplomat in Prague.
The conference was organized by Allium company in cooperation with the firm TeliaCall Prague, Proximity Prague, Sales Support System AG, Elit CZ and Czech Association of Commerce.
The media partners were monthly IT System and the publisher Computer Press.
The individual presentations were analyzing the problems of sales people in distribution and the aspects of their work, the progress in customer relationship through the loyalty programs (focusing on an unknown customer) as well as the problems in mobile sale through PDA appliances, and relationships between marketing and legislation in the Czech Republic and Europe. Also presentations concerning the practical usage of CRM in distributing companies were included.
During the conference we carried out an sms competition aimed to show the practical demonstration of the mobile technology. The winners took valuable prices back with them.

The latest version of Microsoft Business Solutions - Navision implemented in Elit

In 2002 Allium, Ltd. began cooperating on the project of the company Elit who features in our market as a supplier of leading international manufactures' spare parts for cars. The purpose of the project lay in the substitution of the software used until then, based on one of the first Navision versions, with the most up-to-date version of the same system Microsoft Business Solutions - Navision. A substantive criterion decisive for the choice of a supplier was the ability to accomplish an elaborate analysis of the company requirements and, based on that, to design the utilization of the Navision's standard functionalities as well as to realize a number of complicated customizations of the system and its additional modules. Of the candidates offering the project accomplishment our company was elected out and now we are also participating on the implementation itself.

The 4th CRM Conference, autumn 2002

The autumn CRM conference titled "Communication as a mean of recognition and retaining a customer" was held in the conference center of the hotel Diplomat in Prague. During the conference program some interesting presentations were conducted, dealing with problematic issues such as customer relationship management, critical points in communication, contact centers, CTI, and similar. A kind of an enlightenment was not only all the delicious refreshment but also an interesting competition during which a part of the technology was demonstrated.

Direct Marketing as a Tool of CRM

On the 27. 3. 2002 we held the spring conference organized by Allium Ltd. and TeliaCall Prague in the conference centre of the hotel Barceló in Prague. The program was oriented towards technologies for direct marketing and CRM. The head representatives of the areas such as marketing, system integration and CRM information systems appeared during the conference. The companies Allium and TeliaCall then officially introduced a new co-product, POLYGONE connector. As a tool of an integration of the advanced CRM system, Sales Support System, and the information system for a call centre management and the management of POLYGONE direct marketing campaigns, the previously mentioned product brings new opportunities for building business call centres or for their utilization through outsourcing in a narrow link to the company's CRM system. The event was met with a great interest.


5 March 2002 / TeliaCall Prague

Polygone connector

Allium Ltd. and TeliaCall Inc. announced a generation of a common connector that links the CRM system Sales Support System of Allium Ltd. with the call center management and direct marketing system Polygone of TeliaCall Inc. The connector is the first eventuating of the CRM alliance's plans. It is assigned to all clients who build up loyalty programs' systems, call center support, telemarketing and/or control broad direct marketing activities and then need the information of such activities processed in the robust CRM system. The Polygone connector's introduction took place on the 27. 3. 2002 in the hotel Barceló on the occasion of the seminar "Direct Marketing as the tool of CRM".

New coat for Sales Support System

Allium Ltd confirmed a new release of the CRM information system, Sales Support System, for the Czech market. The new version strengthens the area of data replication, the scalability of users' rights and brings other improvements. It also expands the number of supported ERP systems of SAP. The 4.5.6 version of SSS is the latest version with the current conception. The technologically new SSS should be at disposal at the beginning of the year 2003, however, still based on RDBMS Progress and fully compatible with the existing versions.

In the year 2001 Allium Ltd. reached the greatest growth

Allium company was acknowledged the Czech Progress Partner with the greatest interannual growth in sale of applications based on the RDBMS Progress of the American company Progress Software, with the headquarters in Bedford. The highest turnovers during the year 2001 achieved by Allium were realized through the sale of the Progress products in the Swiss and German markets. Allium Ltd. develops a CRM information system called Sales Support System, based on the RDBMS Progress and provides services within the system integration and implementation of the MFG/PRO product of the American company QAD Inc. in foreign markets.

The CRM alliance established

The companies 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE Inc., Allium Ltd. and TeliaCall Inc. announced the establishment of a CRM alliance. The intention of it is an association of the products from the portfolio of the individual members into a solid CRM solution for large and middle sized businesses. 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE Inc. is a producer of the modern phone systems and call centres; Allium Ltd. develops the advanced information system of the CRM classification - Sales Support System; TeliaCall Inc. is the most eminent commercial call and direct marketing centre in the Czech Republic as well as the founder of the information system POLYGONE for the call centre management and operations.
