The issues of distribution and business companies will be dealt with at the 5 specialized conference of CRM with the subtitle
which will be organized by Allium company on the 15 April 2003 in the hotel Diplomat in Prague.
The discussed problems will mostly apply to managers, business and marketing specialists and to all those interested from the field of IT.

The individual presentations will be analyzing the problems of sales people in distribution and the aspects of their work, the progress in customer relationship through the loaylty programs (focusing on an unknown customer), as well as the problems in mobile sale and the relations between marketing and legislation in the Czech Republic and Europe. Also presentations concerning the practical usage of CRM in distributing companies will be included.
