Progress Software supplies products for design, configuration, implementation and operation of a company applications which modernize working process and enable more sophisticated communication between the company and its customers, partners and employees.
The developmental environment of relational database (RDBMS) and fourth generation language PROGRESS 4GL is the headstone of the developmental strategy of Sales Support System.
TeliaCall is the Czech biggest commercial direct-marketing agency. They provide direct-marketing service such as call cetres, telemarketing, helpdesk, surveys, and so on.
The company has its residence in Prague.
In the IT area they are oriented towards building up CTI technology and programming equipment for large call centres.
Allium cooperates with TeliaCall on the integration of SSS system with the tools for call centre support and on the implementation of these for our clients.

Microsoft Business Solutions, the Microsoft division, is an international supplier of complex company solutions which can easily be customized to fulfill specific demands of customers all over the world.
In 2002, Allium began its cooperation with the company Navision Software Czech Republic Ltd. - the exclusive Territorial Representative of the Danish firm Navision Software Ltd. for the Czech Republic in the area of implementation of Navision IS applications.
On the 11 July 2002 the Navision firm becomes a division of the company Microsoft and is re-named Microsoft Business Solutions Czech Republic, Ltd. .
In February 2001 Allium became an NSC (Navision Solution Center). This status also got a new name due to the earlier mentioned changes and now is called Microsoft Certified Business Solutions Partner. The aim of these centres, certified partners of Microsoft Business Solutions, is to distribute Navision based solutions to customers.
In 1999 Allium began co-operation with Enterprise Communications AG on designing, development and distrubution of software products for office communication, telecommunication and messaging market.
The co-operation included development and implementation of products for CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) and bespoke applications.
In September 2001 the company joined the Ansid AG.
CIMA (Czech Institute Of Marketing) ![]()
CIMA started its activity in 1993. The mission of this institution is to build up and maintain a compact preparation system for marketing specialists.
Allium co-operates with this institution in the area of consultancy and education and also by active membership in marketing club CIMA Brno. Allium employees are trained in marketing by this educational institution with a high international credit.
