• In the General Ledger, the graphical view of an account balance is represented by a time dependant line graph showing three lines – receivables, payables and the difference between them, in relation to specified dates, periods, groups and departments. A time period can be selected by clicking on one of the buttons in the lower left-hand corner of the window. The view can be set by a filter in the fields on the Options tab. Also a budget creation sphere has been included. Budgets can be displayed in periods of time, groups and departments. The overview of a financial accounts balance compared to the budget is shown in the view Account Balance/Budget. The statistic of a bank account demonstrates the balance of the bank account during 12 preceding months.

• Vendor relations during 12 preceding months are illustrated in the graphical view in Vendors - Statistics.
• Customer relations during 12 preceding months are illustrated in the graphical view in Customers - Statistics.
• Customer and/or vendor relations can also be viewed in Contacts in the Relationship management module. Especially the cases where a customer is also a vendor can be clearly seen here, as one of the options displays such a contact’s accounts receivable and payable in just one graph.


Therefore, there is no need to look at customer-vendor accounts separately, one by one. However, it still can be done.
The view of the Salesperson-Purchaser statistic is intended to give an overview for marketing purposes. It shows a graph displaying sales, profits, profits in percentages, invoiced discounts and allocated allowances.

• The view of the inventory cards demonstrates a graphical statistic showing incomes, expenses and overall item and cash-flow. To get complete information, the views by period of time or location may be used. The view of the available stock specified by a period of time displays the quantity of goods in stock and the goods order according to purchase and selling orders, which presents the existing quantity in stock and refers to the anticipated quantity. In other words, the graph offers a complex overview of movement of goods and goods in stock, including anticipated needs and sales trends of particular goods. The location of the inventory across the stock is displayed in the view of goods by location, which also indicates the percentage of a total stock in each individual location.

Graphs may be used directly to create reports or other documents. The procedure is the same as that of standard Windows. Users need only right-click the mouse anywhere in the graph area and then choose whether they want to save the picture as a file or whether to copy it to the clipboard. From the clipboard the graph can be pasted into an e-mail or editor supporting OLE objects.
